Dr. Christian Habicht leaves HOERBIGER

Dr. Christian Habicht, Member of the Executive Board and Head of the Rotary, Engine and Safety Business Units, is leaving HOERBIGER.

The HOERBIGER Board of Directors announces that Dr. Christian Habicht is leaving HOERBIGER to pursue career opportunities outside the company. He joined HOERBIGER in April 2024 as a Member of the Executive Board and Head of Business Units Rotary, Engine and Safety.

In this role, Dr. Christian Habicht succeeded in providing valuable impulses both within the Executive Board as well as in the individual Business Units. Under his leadership, the Business Units continued their positive performance and contributed significantly to HOERBIGER's profitable growth. HOERBIGER thanks Dr. Christian Habicht for his contribution to the company and wishes him all the best for his professional and personal future.  

Effective immediately, leadership of the Business Units will be shared among the members of the Executive Board: Thomas Englmann will take over leadership of the Rotary Business Unit and Bernhard Lindner takes over leadership of the Engine and Safety Business Units, both in addition to their existing responsibilities.

The responsibilities within the Executive Board are now assigned as follows:

Dr. Thorsten Kahlert - CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board
Bernhard Lindner - CFO and Engine and Safety Business Units
Thomas Englmann - Automotive Division and Rotary Business Unit
Wolfgang Sautter - Compression Division
